I didnt shrink it.  I never said anything about shrinking it.  I like to build inside mountains and when i have to place parts of my base outside it ruins the feel.  So i simply changed it so i could build inside.  The reactors grid is small enough it fits under a roof with room to spare.

Well i think i will modify mine to allow a roof.  Look at the genii in Stargate Atlantis.  They have nuclear reactors underground all over the place.  Dont worry, im not going to share it or anything, just for personal use.

How about a napalm mine (or some promethium instead)?  Instead of an explosion fire appears everywhere within 4-5 squares.  Manually detonated of course.

I have no clue, but i also have no clue how to enable a biome either.  I figured if it was gonna get tested you would know how and set it up.  Kinda why i brought it up here instead of the mod suggestions lol.

So i was wondering if its possible to make oceans available for colonization or not?  If you allowed it would the terrain generate? or would it bug out?

As long as the reactor is less than 10x10 it will fit inside a building.

Well if it wasn't overpowered it would be as useful for testing.  Remember, its not meant for serious gameplay.  But i might upload a weaker one that has a very rare chance of happening for legit play.  I dont know for sure though.

Well if you go by cannon (i dont mean codex values but the official books and even the stories withing the codex) 1 space marine can take on and win against 1000 guardsmen or more and about the same number orks.  For balancing purposes they are weakened significantly for the tabletop game,  where 1 in 6 shots can penetrate their armor, instead of 1 in 100.  They also can survive having half of their body blown away if 1 lung and 1 heart are still working.  So them being godly is correct.  And a large part of that is their armor.
