HAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA
HHAHAHAHAHAHAAHAHAHAHAHAHA
HAH!

Seriously this person is either a huge troll or a genuine ignoramus.
....I just.... trying to play a besthesda game with only 20 mods? You need at least 5 for patching/bugfixes alone, in most cases.

...my skyrim is running with 217 mods installed. My morrowind 135.

And a LOT of the morrowind mods are modpacks/merged mods.

Is there an official statement by Tynan on the Medicine training skill ? The current rate looks like a simple oversight.  I mean, I had a colonist with a burning passion for medicine since the beginning and he failed to learn a single level of Medicine. Something isn't right. You might as well remove the possibility of passion for medicine, because it's misleading.
Doesn't passion impact how much you gain from using a neurotrainer, though?

Easier to let them meele a squirrel or two and get patched up, assuming you have plenty of herbal meds on hand.  Bullets have a bad habit of hitting the brain.

General Discussion / Re: Lack of DRM

I bought the game after watching 30 minutes of Nash streaming it, but yeah, it is -very- easy to potentially share. Frankly, I see it being used less for piracy and more for people who have purchased it using the game on multiple machines, which I'd imagine is very useful for testing.

I have a 1920x1080 screen and normally run the game at 1042x987 which is what I keep my left-hand side browser on.  I have a second browser on the right taking up the rest of the screen which is usually where my background video is.

You mean besides leaving animals to bleed out instead of killing them so I don't have to worry about rotting? I incap them on the front lawn, and leave them there until we need more meat, then bludgeon them to death?

Well, I think my kill corridors are kinda horrible. turrets set back one space from a gap in a wall, in a hall that's narrow enough that to attack the turret you have to go directly in front of it,  rather than worrying about the whole killbox slowing thing, it can be a nice right angle corridor they have to pass through, and since colonists can go behind to the backside of the turret to repair them, not too bad on the damage. So the raiders come in, chasing the colonist with the shield, and, bam, right into a hall-o-doom. Then I get their leather for jackets!

You could force the turrets to target them.
forcing turrets to hunt for you is so satisfying.

I suspect that's it, I haven't tried yet, and feel foolish I didn't think of it. I -think- I had tried unequipping and re-equipping, but it's possible I'm an idiot and didn't

yeah, looking like I'll prefer a non-overhaul version to remain available. It's a nice idea in theory, but it doesn't play well with other mods.

They're a bit of a pain in a small map in a low wood setting in winter, but mostly I just consider them free meat and leather.

Hey, is there something that has to be done to make custom shields work? Both the shield coat from this and the shields from the cyber storm always stay at 0/max no matter what while vanilla personal shields work just fine.

With the latest update, any specifics  in mod ordering we should be worried about?

This is incredibly useful and I've bookmarked it, just so you know.

Oh thank gods, the quantum storage is a miracle. I can have freezers of a size that doesn't require too many coolers, I can keep all my silver in a single room near my coms, it's just wonderful. I can actually USE my storerooms again, without using up huge amounts of room even after modding what stack numbers I can (leather and meat don't seem to be able to be edited, they appear to be hard coded to 75.) The power cost makes up for not needing a billion coolers and lights and stuff.

and everyone bitches about sharing rooms? Is that a thing in college dorms?
