I had no idea bones NEVER disapeared, this is just as huge of a flaw as the mass grave system in the early alphas, the map isnt infinite its 250x250 standard, that space is gonna be filled very quickly once endgame and midgame contnet gets added and we see colonys going even further than they do now.

Im sure this will be changed once tynan spots this thread, im thinking it should take 2 years for them to totally disappear, would be cool if they decayed away piece by piece instead of disappearing

Everything seems stable, except for plants. Not sure if it's just me, but plants seem to take forever to grow.

Im actually a huge fan of the greatly increased food grow times, really adds to the harvest feel of the game getting what you can before winter entombs you

Hmm i havent thought about keeping the stoves separate i usually make things as efficient as possible, also i didnt explain that the cooks for some reason prefer Brewery over cooking, and the cooks like to switch cooking tables when the other one runs off to sleep eat or make booze etc, so as you can see leads to quite an annoyance

Hey love the mod, my only issue is i personally find its recipes way to OP and cheap, i build 2 every time just cuz i feel like im cheating the game a bit too much, i really think there could be more of both plasteel and regular steel requirements for just about everything, currently the cost of buying all the parts compared to the bionic, also teh convenience of having any bionic i want at all times, is 1/4 - 1/5 What it would cost to buy the actual bionic from the trader.

Just a thought for added vanilla - ness

Realistically it wouldnt be difficult to find these things, it would just be incredibly expensive. Maybe the Medical trader would have more prosthetics more often, but they would be more expensive. Kind of like how medicine with the combat trader costs half as much as the general/bulk goods trader. Or the other way around, but the medical trader is super rare.

Lol i said the same thing, so i agree with you my good sir

Thanks a ton amul and ardent. I've read through and appreciate the detailed feedback. Very useful.

ardent - you should know that you can remove flooring in Alpha 11, so that's done at least. Also I'm currently busy tuning up the AI so hopefully they'll be smarter about defeating bunkering/killbox strategies in next build. I hope I can increase the challenge without adding more enemies, by just making them cleverer. Ideally killboxes will still be useful for certain kinds of attacks (animal waves, for example, and maybe mechanoids) so I'm hoping those tactics will also remain relevant. Because killboxing can be fun in a way.

Bro tynan, killboxing isnt just useful for mechanoids its a MUST, Scythers can outrange any gun in the game besides snipers, they also out range turrets, Not to mention the Lethality of 2 shotting colonists in full power armor.

Maybe you could think about making scythers either do less damage, slower attack, or lower range, because currently they make killboxes a MUST late game for those of us who dont like to use them.

Thanks a bunch.

Its a new stat on furniture like beauty, although beware this alphas crawling with Unofficial bugs i like to call them, Like colonists wont sit in leather chairs, or prefer more uncomfortable chairs even when a tv is in front of them

I fully support the medical trader with every type of bionic you can think of at all times, to reason it out like this...

Im sure bionics WILL be craftable eventually so we can get any type we want as long as we can supply the parts

finding a trader with the bionics should NOT be the hard part, i mean you rarely see traders never mind a exotic trader with bionics, What should be the decision right now while the games too alpha to craft your own, is silver, Simply if you dont have enough silver you cant buy them and its not like bionics are cheap.

Maybe we could make bionics more expensive from the trader if you guys think this idea is too OP

I'm going to disagree with Tynan on this point. While we all agree with the content of your post (that more content would be enjoyable), your phrasing doesn't come across as either "offering feedback" or "constructive criticism." I read it as aggressive, petulant and whining, and that's why I responded the way I did.

1. It is no surprise that fanboys agree with Tynan.
2. It wasn't even criticism. It was an observation. Had it been criticism, he has shown he can't even deal with that. However, it wasn't even criticism - just more of a critical observation.
3. Everything Tynan does on this game isn't golden. There are a plethora of mods to attest to this, fixing everything from UI to Research Tree - even when he thinks it is. Trying to constantly tell me that everything the guy does is golden is not far from my original point regarding George Bush. "He has his reasons".
4. The very reason to compare this to DF is the gameplay is the same. The game story, graphics and mechanics might change, but the game is essentially the same thing. And the large part of DF is the "fun" - so without that, I find the game pretty damn lacking yeah. No matter how many beers are put into it.
5. Now we're in the suggestions forum, this wasn't even a suggestion - but an observation - my suggestion came later as an example of how to deal with this issue as his post was so defensive that I figured I would offer an olive branch - what a waste of time that was.
6. I ran into an issue, I figured I'd post about it, I posted about it - tears commenced. Learned from mistake, won't post about issues again - the modders in fact seem to be far more open to this - isn't that odd ?

7. I sincerely apologise for not kissing your ass enough or bowing enough times on my way to your throne.
Good luck with the game George, err I mean Tynan, so hard to tell the difference.

Mad much? anyway this is now obviously a troll thread
