It would be cool to see a mod that allowed you to do experiments and create cybernetic animals like Rocket Raccoon from Guardians of the Galaxy but with the animals provided in the game. It could need a med, crafting, and social skill of 7, or higher, maybe? But that would be left up to who ever does or decides to do it. I would do it but have no idea about coding.
