also what beds are you using, it as an effect, only extremely high doctors(15+ ive noticed) will have any chance of "good" on a sleeping spot with herbal. actual beds are better and hospital beds are best. i typically will plant a 3x10 for herbal meds, and once i have them reserve my actual meds for just operations(IE hual to safe location and forbid)

about 5 IG days later, its over, not sure if it skipped a step or something but a solo raider, week later another solo raider, then a week later, we jumped to a game ending tribal 20 raid, that i never saw coming. nor was ready for, no melee weapons, and only short and great bows and no defensive position, 5 dead before i gave.

Im trying this, Though still new to the game so 100% Challenge, base builder. Opened with 3+33 Crash landing colonists, "Prepared Carefully" on points(4 left) favored towards meds and food. Thanks to one cryopod group landing on my head, almost literally, Started with no weapons; Almost 1/2 the crash landing, ending up with with some combination of No arm(s) or leg or for a few both. 10 of those were out of action for first 20ish days with no legs. :/ Starting to get rolling now that i finally got a trader for meds for peg legs. Everyone's mobile again.

On a side note, make-sure your warden, can actually fed your prisoners... the one i put to it couldn't with no arms, the first attacker died of starvation just after i noticed (face first into the meal that was just brought by another rapid assigned and prioritized warden)

Close to the Prepare opening(little less wood for some tasers, Much as they all burned in opening)
