Then request a refund if you still qualify for it or wait until the game releases, otherwise you paid for an early access title and as such functionality changes should be expected.

Friggen woke up to 16 reports, most from random people and about 42 individual PM's complaining about this thread. Seriously? This is not so much a suggestion as a heads up, as I am sure some of you may be aware prison architect got in a bit of "trouble" about a month ago because of their usage of the red cross in their game. Rimworld currently uses a red cross for all it's medicine, it might be a good idea to change this so you aren't breaking the geneva convention.
