For all version thru A18.
Perhaps just WAD, but in case it's an oversight and not actually intentional...

There's no popup when trying to man a mortar if the pawn is incapable of violence.

This is inconsistent with how a "incapable of violence" popup appears when trying to do anything else violent:
- pick up a weapon
- attack a structure
- melee a pawn
- slaughter an animal

Perhaps everything was actually working properly...

The cats were already mating before you separated them. Ergo, you were starting with pregnant females when you separated them. Pregnancy starts with an initial hidden stage up to 33%, so even if you checked all the females, you cannot rule out pregnancy (unless you use the dev tool to show all hediffs).

Cats gestation period is 20 days. The math says from mating to visible pregnancy is 6.6 days. It sounds like what happened is Fluffy (and several others) had already mated and got pregnant, then about 3 days later you separated the cats, then about another 3 days later (because you said 'A few game days later') the pregnancy was revealed. I believe cat pregnancies can appear for up to about 6 days after separation (with prior opportunity to mate), the time at which it reaches middle stage and is revealed. So you could have female cats separated and giving birth for up to almost 20 game days.

In case there really is a bug, for how many days did you see separated animals getting pregnant?

Bugs / Re: [0.18.1700] Pawn wearing too many clothes

Same issue reported in this thread: Moderator's edit (Calahan) - The thread that was linked here has now been merged with this one (see the three posts above this one)

Confirmed what East said there - Changing the language and creating new pawns will cause problems.

At the main menu I switched the language to Spanish. The debug log popped up with several errors. Loaded a recent save. On the world map, used the dev tool to create a caravan and observed that all the pawns had extra clothing. Switched back to English and started a new colony, the problem persisted in the new colony too. The problem only cleared up after closing and restarting the game.

Starting a new colony right after changing the language threw alot of red errors. Logfile attached.

Edit:The above was tested under 0.18.1704.

Found the culprit... Since the pawn is uninjured, uncheck the prisoner bed from medical.
A medical prisoner bed will only accept an injured pawn.

And the buff never wears off?

I used a fully charged battery to test this, as it's easier to see the power draw.

1. Connected GPS to a fully charged battery with nothing else in the circuit.
2. Observed Connected rate/stored: -1500W/1000 Wd; and battery draining.
3. Flicked GPS off.
4. Observed Connected rate/stored: 0W/970 Wd; and battery no longer draining.
5. Summary: GPS does not draw power when it's off.

Unable to reproduce the issue. Can you further explain your scenario and/or provide steps to reproduce the issue or upload a save file?

The "cloth" bedrolls need a better description, because it's not at all obvious (or intuitive) that they're stuffed. Their description explicitly states they're cloth bedrolls which in this game means cotton. This is misleading, since they can be made out of any textile.
After this feedback, the bedroll description was updated, however, the double bedroll didn't get the same treatment.

when animals get sucked up, they shouldnt die until they land, so if exploding animals get picked up its like random artillery when they land.
Thats totally unrealistic
But we're playing this to escape reality.

Thought this was so strange that I'd give it a try. Yup, everything confirmed.

By 'stuffed' I first thought you meant filled. Ok, so bedrolls are filled - nice and comfy then. After reading through realized you must mean it can be made out of stuff (i.e. materials).
(Either that or crematoriums are comfy to sleep on too. :D)

I actually thought I needed cloth for a bedroll until reading this. So I second your point.

Previously reported in Mantis here:
https://ludeon.com/mantis/view.php?id=3000
It's been fixed now. Should be in effect with the next update.
Good find though, keen eye. Thanks for reporting.

Be sure to buy it from here: https://www.rimworldgame.com/
You'll get the DRM-free version (and unless it's changed, buyers get a Steam key too).
And Ludeon gets to keep the portion of the sale that Steam would have taken.

There's a toggle for that in the bottom right.
(I think it's available during map generation and during game.)

The same or similar issue was reported here: https://ludeon.com/forums/index.php?topic=35415.0
... so if one of these gets fixed/closed, probably both can be closed.
