I put this together in around a an hour. I prefer the incremental development approach, so I had planned on adding more features (joy items for instance).

Totally this. I'd love to see a mod that just adds jail doors that prisoners can use so they can have individual rooms, and then a common area where they can mingle and eat their meals. Maybe a courtyard so they can go outside.

Someone else was working on a HUGE prison mod but the feature list was as long as a novel. 95% of it was stuff I personally don't want or need. I just want a prison door! :)

In Steam, right-click RimWorld in your game library, and choose "Properties" and then go to the Betas tab. Choose alpha15. You don't need a code. That should re-download Alpha 15 for you. Then you will be able to load your saves. Games from A15 will not load in A16.

If they are from Alpha 15 they will not work in Alpha 16. If you use steam, you can right-click Rimworld in your library and choose to load A15 if you want to continue your old save.

Something like faction logos would be awesome. There could be a folder with a bunch of generic logos in it and a faction could randomly pick one. Then their bases on the map would be indicated by the logo instead of the same icon. If anyone has played the Galactic Civilization games, it's kind of how they do it with the minor races. They get a random logo. This would even allow the player to choose one if they like!

Maybe this would be a good mod idea...
