There is blood loss, but it's trivial at the moment. It already regenerates, so...

I'd think mountain bases are about to get a lot more worth it, people are gonna make very wide walls, and castle walls might be in business(Giant wall surrounding base from far away). Make based walled in, construct wires across the entire box insides walls, put turrets around it. Wall in base at turrets near max range, if they try to attack boom. Switches are your friends too, because the electricity, and the steel though...

Do you mean the bricks? Because you need a stone crafting table, and make a bill. You can then edit the bill for sandstone chunks only if you want to, they'll go pick up chunks, craft them into bricks, and haul them off. Profitable business to do with chunks.

I read your comment like 5 times and I'm not really getting what your gripe is.....

I think you're right about the materials, it seems that is the only way what he is saying is happening could happen, being out of animal skins, cotton, materials.

1. Armour vest would be more tailor, as it doesn't require technology, the shield though, that could work.

2. I think they just basically tear them open with hammers, but owell.

3. That sacrifices 2 people with research skills though, and wouldn't really fit when it comes to priorities.

Also, couldn't you just make your people specifically shoot at the ones behind the shields? It would be incredibly easy with them in that formation to take out the most damaging ones, with the best weapons and such, and have melee great the front.

Nah because bullets hit this in the way heaps easier then the thing that was aimed at.

In fact you can greatly increase your kill rate by manually targeting raiders standing behind other raiders - you might only have a 40-60% to hit him, but you have a 90-95% chance of hitting the guy in front of him.
Statistics huh.

5 hours is a lot, so I'm guessing they just won't do it. Have you tried putting down horse shoe rings, tv and a chair, dining room chairs at a table for socializing? Any other problems with health or other things that might be preventing them from joy?

Hey, ho, let's bring up a big fat NO!
Quote
Lets face facts, killboxs (at least the way they are currently made) are a cheap AI/game exploit use by players that are too lazy, dumb, or scared to play the game properly.  You shouldn't be able to win the game forever just by building a one block thick wall and a box at the entrance filled with turrets.

Sieges, Airdrops, Mechanoids, and now Sappers where/are all put in to stop players from cheating and get them to play the game. Attacks should be threats not a minor inconvenience or loot piatas.

Oh, yeah I totally agree, using a method of survival in a game based on survival, and where it's the only actual current efficient method, is totally, utterly cheating. Give me a better strategy on how to efficiently, without killing or rapidly injuring multiple people, and without having to manage every move they take so they don't get shot to death, fend off enemies. It is playing the game, just because it's not playing the way YOU want us to doesn't mean it's suddenly cheating and not playing properly, seriously mate...

Are you complaining about having to change the mining to 2 and crafting to 1 manually? That's all I'm getting from me reading this several times, you complaining about having to change the priority yourself. The priority system works fine.

That is a... lot of blank space... And lets see...

1. That could actually work, although it would require an actual item to be made that has use, as everything you usually can use to make money has uses otherwise. Research would be knowledge, so being knowledgeable on it would effect it's quality.

2. For mechanoids, I'm pretty sure crafting is the skill used, and I don't see how research would increase the amount of plasteel. The mechanoids are made out of it, even having more knowledge wouldn't create more, although in the context of "Usable" materials it could be, as some is unusable because of un-knowledgeably taking it apart.

3. Interesting, I'd say no to the manual part just because research could be better levelled up researching things. The teacher, student part I'd say yes to but I would imagine it would be difficult to add.
