Yeah that fire extinguisher sounds like a good idea, but it will probably have to be researched. What's gonna be in the fire extinguisher when its made? In real life there is Carbon dioxide (CO2) or nitrogen. How you gonna find Carbon dioxide and nitrogen in rimworld?

The sickle can help the grower harvest like three crops depending on their level to make the grower harvest more than one with just one slash of the sickle at once. The sickle must be researched first in order to use it. To balance it out the grower must drop their weapon to use the sickle. Crops must be in the growers radius in order to harvest it all at once which means you have to be near them. If you have two growers, one can harvest with the sickle and the other plants the seeds after harvest

-The sickle can be used as a weapon

Ovens should be added for cooks to bake stuff for hunger and joy. For an example, If there is ever a wheat crop you can bake bread in the oven. It can also be burnt or undercooked depending on the skill. Or maybe a cake if space chickens get added and a sugar crop. If your cake you be art if you have a high level cook and you can sell it to traders.

Ideas / Doctors should carry meds with them

Doctors should carry medicine to go in battle with them. In case someone gets badly wounded you can plop down a sleeping spot, turn it to medic, heal then, and they might be back on the battle field depending on how fast they heal.

Ideas / Weapon Idea(Riot Shields)

Riot Shields work different from Personal Shields.

-Can be only be obtained by trading or enemies
-It can degrade like everything else.
-It can be held by pawns with weapons not melee weapons
-It can only be held by pawns with pistols, does uzi guns, and maybe a shotgun.
-Can be balanced out so it won't be too op

You can add more details to it, that's all I got.
-Pawns go a little slower with it's equipped

Ok so I don't wanna start over so ohhh I get it that's what you meant about the wood walls and merchant sorry :-[. So if I choose large hills I can dig into a mountain and be safe. I wanna see how your base look like btw

If you want a good defense, build your base inside a mountain where the back of the mountain cover the border of the map, so ennemies can't spawn there, and every side but the front is protected by the mountain.

I think it's clear from the pictures there aren't many 'mountains' on the map now are there?

As I said, there's too many things to change in that base, if he really want a better defense then he need to start building inside a mountain (or getting rocks, and rocks are in a mountain anyway, he will not defend with only woods walls and merchants).

Now it's clear from the pictures he already started building with almost no mountain, don't you think ?
That's why he need a to restart with this time a big mountain that cover his back.

WTF are you talking about WOOD walls... Some of them are slate, granite, and marble. Plus I still didn't lose any of my colonists. I'm lucky I survive the damn rocket launchers because they go after the turrets first. Plus I kill the sappers easy when they mine in the mountain. Once i figure out where they are mining, I have colonist waiting to gun them down on the other side in a tight spot. The friendly tribe people help me defend also because they come there often! They kill some of the raiders with the great bows or they lower their health down! You can see them in one of the pictures standing near the turrets! My colonists have fricken sniper rifles and charge rifles and one of them has a high melee of 18! WITH POWER ARMOR ON AND A MASTERY Long Sword and a good personal shield. I only got one Mountain!!! I only see very small ones AS FAR AS I CAN SEE! I constantly have to patch the holes the sappers made with the limited resources I HAVE!!

I like where this is going too. The visitors stay longer when there's guest beds and you can socialize with them, and give them food until they leave. Maybe one person may ask to join your colony like someone said. The faction goodwill will go up also. Its kinda turning into a inn for Visitors

I suggest that accessories should be added to the game to make your colonist look better and maybe cooler. For an example, give your colonist some black shades to give them that cool look. Or basic glasses for the old colonists that can't see well to enhance their eyesight a bit. Moving on to necklaces, maybe a cross necklace for those who pray or a chain necklace to give that cool colonist with the black shades some more style! Certain accessories can give the wearer good buffs or bad buffs judge by the colonist around them. Lastly probably a diamond stud to finish off that colonist with the shades and chain necklaces or basic ear rings for the girls.

It doesn't have to be a lot accessories just adding some style to the colonist, friendlies and enemies

I have a idea where when the friendly colonies visit and when they want to sleep. You can make Guest beds where they can sleep in. Their color should be a different color like white or a different color. Once they wake up and leave, their colony goodwill  will go up a bit for the given hospitality.

Just a idea I thought of...
