a starting tools options like "no weapons" start. combined whit a primitive weapon workshop to craft longbow/mace/sword since there will be more focus on the early stages whit out guns

It'd be more of a world option than storyteller, as the story teller only has to do with incidents.

Are the joy deprived ones lovers by any chance, i've noticed that sometimes my colonists who are lovers like to skip joy time for some bed rocking, my schedule seems to be like yours minus the 2 hr joy at the end.

There is Government in Rimworld, Just because you can't see it doesn't mean it's not there. After all there are Colony leaders, Colony council members and other stuff. And if my eyes haven't deceived me while I was snooping through the defs there might even be spy's later on.

Back to the topic, they'd have to give some sort reason to detain them. Perhaps stealing valuable items like food? They would get a small penalty for doing so, however should it be a trader they could send a group of their people to not only collect the supplies but to grab the prisoners to be hauled back to be punished in their Settlement.

Then if your not opposed to mods, there is a mod that adds 3 new story tellers. One of them should be at least a challenge.

I don't think it'd be very difficult to do as there is a similar system for your colonies drafted colonists as in them not standing on rock chunks or on trees for that matter. Then again I know next to nothing when it comes to code.

Can I ask what purpose this would bring other than a completely BS way of killing off your colony? What would be the gains of rebuilding your entire infrastructure if your colonists did survive? Please help me understand your thought process with this.

He did implement animal zoneshops for a reason. You can keep them out of food areas to keep that from happening.

That is one scary blob, maybe some more floating or flying creatures? Maybe like a wyvern. The only question is if you added bird like creatures, how you could get the point across whether they are flying across the ground or hopping... hmm.
