when I tested it I had DE surgeries running too no problem . It shouldn't interfere at all with EPOE either

Here is a fun mod I made that adds a few new fun surgeries to your medical arsenal

1: Install peg arms .    Just like peg legs only now more fun .

2: Install Paingiver.  A more fun variant of the highly unnecessary Painstopper.

3: Install Heart plug. A more fun way to euthanize people !

I've fixed it so if you install a heart plug and pull it , the subject actually dies:)

Yes  , unless there's already a mod that modifies Thoughts_SocialConditional or Thoughts_Memories. Even then it shouldn't cause too much trouble

Good Idea . Would also be good if you could set the totals of each thing in the stockpile . So for example you could make a stockpile by a far away geyser and set just enough steel and components set to it to build the geothermal

Oh I also thought sleeping outside shouldn't bother survivor so I added that .

I think there should be a new animal training Flanking. So they don't stand between you and the target and get shot . I'd rather have them alive after the fight than to make a couple sandwiches

Did you right click the wall to change the stuff you make the wall from?
