You don't get it;Crashed ships may contain AI Persona core witch you need for your ship's AI later.

As if you don't get the AI....                              ....bad luck.This always happen to all colony but you know what? i got the main crashed ship part & crashed poison ship part now that is UNLUCKY.Poison ship warned that your colony is unlucky & did you read the storyteller information? if not you don't know...

why won't add fishing?
