Mod bugs / 1.2.3005 Mac OSX -Steam - All mods gone.... just gone

That's basically it - after the update installed every Mod disappeared, although on Steam it still shows me subscribed to them.

Anyone know a fix/workaround.  I have the latest OSX update and a 2018 MacBook pro.

Gotta turn off autoupdate on this game...
