Even under toxic fallout cabin fever isn't a huge problem at all. Literally just draft them and take them outdoors for an instant, and then back inside. Cabin fever all gone, not enough toxic buildup to matter -- it'll be gone in a day. If you have a porch (ring in an area outside with walls, then get rid of everything but the corners, the roof will stay up), even better, you can clear cabin fever without getting any toxic buildup at all.

Hmm, just had a bug. I bought an extremely shiny helmet off a merchant. When it was delivered by drop pod, the infusion got re-rolled to something not nearly as good.
It might be a good idea if items that are already infused when you buy them don't get re-rolled on delivery.

So I deleted all of the things. I went back to your original post and went down your mod list and re-downloaded everything from the links you had to make sure they were up to date, and followed your instructions to the letter, and used your modconfig. This didn't resolve the error. 
The only thing I can think of that may be causing the problem is that your list specifies Glass & Lights 12d1.1, and the version available for download is Glass & Lights 12d1.2. I couldn't find a link to G&L 12d1.1 so had to download 12d1.2, and this is the only point where I deviated from the instructions you provided. If there's some change in G&L between those versions that your category patch depends on, it might be messing it up, and if you're still using 12d1.1 in your own install, then you wouldn't reproduce the error, even doing exactly what I did.

I like the bonuses as is, especially given that raiders can spawn with infused gear themselves it seems fair.
That said, some manner of infusion table that lets you infuse (or reroll the infusions on) existing gear would be nice, a lot of fairly useless ones drop. It could be absurdly expensive, but some means of doing this would be nice.

I wasn't able to reproduce this. Do you have the Incompatibilities patch loaded? There's one for some incompatibilities between Superior Crafting and GlassNLights. It needs to be loaded in the mod order after both of the mods and both of the category patches.
Since I've added mods on top of your pack, I figured this might be caused by something else I'm running. So I stripped out literally everything except, in this order, Core, CCL (plus tweaks), EdB Mod Order, Superior Crafting, Glass & Lights, IR Declutter Categories, and the SCR/G&L incompatibility patch. These loaded with no errors. Next I tried adding the category patches for Core, SCR, and G&L, one at a time. Core loaded fine, SCR loaded fine, G&L category mod on the other hand triggered errors:

I had both of those issues as well, now that I think about it. Did you have the same problem I had with glass? I'm really curious whether it's just my load order or something deeper.

I have a strange texture error where everything from GlassNLights comes up as a red X in both the menus and on the map. Also I can't find the glassworks in the menu. I have done the research for it.
