I have 5 alternate power ideas for rimworld. Nuclear power would require lots of resources, work and research. It would also have a chance of causing a massive explosion and fallout if poorly built. Hydroelectric power must be placed on water. The bigger it is, the higher output. It would cause gradual but limited flooding. It requires light research. Coal power burnsined coal for electricity. It emits coal dust, harmful to colonists and animals, and ugly. Oil is mined using derricks and burned for power. Pipelines can also transport oil. Natural gas is burned for power also. It is mined and stored in bottles. This is open to discussion if you have ideas

When harvesting crops there is nothing but food/cloth/medecine. Instead they should also give "crop waste." This could be used instead of wood for cpfires but otherwise serve no purpose.
