So, how awesome is it that the colonist bar, and what looks like a form of Pawn State Icons, is in the new Alpha. Very nice!

General Discussion / Dirty areas causation?

Just wondering whether dirty spots on the floor are affected by where colonists have been walking or is there just a completely random chance for them to leave a dirty spot on the floor.

Not worried about blood, that is fairly obvious, just the dirt.

Would love to see a feature for copy/paste of Bills. This would be useful during the move/addition of a crafting/cooking/etc. bench.

Ideas / Hunting Range Selection

Think it would be great if you could have a switch on hunting that sets what range (based on weapon) that you hunt at. Currently it seems that hunting is done at maximum range. It'd be nice if you could select say short, medium, or full. Heck even just short or long would be great.

If there isn't, it'd be great if there was an area where people could post their modding setups with which mods and in what order they are loaded.

Maybe that would cut down on the number of problems people have and post about.

I apologize if this already exists and I am just not finding it!

Bugs / How statues count towards workshop bills?

Not sure if this is a bug or working as intended:

I have 5 statues as a bill for keep on hand. (do until you have 5) My bill is currently inactive due to it showing I have 5/5.

I have 2 installed; one in a prisoner room, one in a colonist room. Then I also have 3 in a stockpile. For a total of 5. There are none in process.

The way I thought this would/should work is that it shows that I have 3 statues out of my 5 to keep on hand. Thus having my artist make 2 more. Figured it would work more like clothes, where it doesn't count the clothes in use, just the clothes lying around extra.

Is it intentional that statues that are installed count towards the bill at the workshop? Seems that it should only count statues that are in a stockpile.

Obviously I can get around this by just increasing the bill at the workshop, but I'd like to know if I am thinking about this incorrectly.

I believe roofs in A12 were 6 out from the closest wall, anyone know if that is still the case in A13?

Any tips for easily finding that out without causing a roof collapse, so I don't ask again in the future?? ;)

Support / Move save games between computers.

Looking to move save games between two of my PCs, and have a couple questions. Do I need to move or copy any of the files from the users/local data/ludeon ... directory or just the save game itself? Even if it is a modded game?

Normally I'd just do it and test it myself. But I'd hate to do that and find my save gets corrupted and I lose a bunch of time spent, when it's possible someone already has done the legwork and has an answer.

Really hope cloud saves are part of the Steam release whenever that happens!
