Making kibble is still called "butchering" I think. Just suspend the actual butcher bills, and have the kibble one active.

If it's anything like back in the day (A16), try dressing a pawn in muffalo-wool gear from head to toe. Preferably legendary modifier. Parka, toque, button down shirt, and pants. Should be nice and toasty.

Let's all just agree that it's a double edged sword at best.

Yup. Join the club on this one. Pretty much everyone who have played a few years has this issue.
Only solution so far is to play at 2x. (and even that can get laggy).

All wild animals do this. Bears, wolves, cougars... Pretty sure it's working as intended.
As far as I know, this only happens with carnivores over a certain level of wildness. Dogs(0 wildness) for example won't do this, while bears(80 wildness) do.

Without even looking at the images (you can take screenshots in-game btw), I'm going to say that their chronological age is correct, but the biological one looks weird.
The chronological age is in the parenthesis so if person A is 18 (250), and person B is 60 (90), it means that person A was born before person B, and can therefore be their parent. Hell, even their grand parent or great grandparent.
Working as intended. Not a bug.

Your install is pretty messed up. Re-install the entire game. Delete all the files first, then reinstall. There are a lot of files missing, a lot of files that are duplicated (no idea how that even happens), keybinding errors and even compiling errors.
I'm going to guess that you're using a modded version here.
Edit: Yup: Core, EdBPrepareCarefully, Rimsenal, Rimsenal_Federation, Rimsenal_Feral, Rimsenal_Hair, Rimsenal_Security, Rimsenal_Storyteller, Vegetable Garden 5.4, HugsLib, AllowTool, MapReroll, MarvsLessConstructionFailure, Nanotrasen Armory, RF - Basic Bridges, et RF - Wild Cultivation. One or more of those are probably messing up the entire thing.
Put it out of its misery, and adopt a brand new puppy to play with.
