I count 13 extra cells travelled for the given path compared to optimal. That seems like more than 30 ticks.

I say scrap the old surgery system and start fresh.

Does MedicalRecipesUtility need to be internal? AFAIK that's the only thing between me and modding surgery.

In A16 it's much easier to get more steel. Make a caravan and pillage the tile next to your base.

I'll look into it. Ideally, using my weapons should come under the firefighting work type. Making this the case would be a lot of work though.

Update: this mod does a lot more now. It now adds rough, smooth and polished variants of both stone and wood floors. You can smooth stone twice now instead of once. You can smooth wood now! It's a whole new world.

Rough wood has the same beauty as smooth stone but rough wood adds wealth whereas stone does not.

This is a decent idea. They could be impervious to fire but provide no armour.

They use <damageDef>Extinguish</damageDef> which deals damage to fires only. I'm told that they deal damage to personal shields too but I haven't tested that.

I'm working on some short videos for each weapon as we speak  :)

Special thanks to Nattiejim for the firefoam grenades code. I have borrowed it in its entirety and used it as a reference to create the extinguisher and launcher.

Adds 3 items:

* Fire extinguisher - close range, fast, weak
* Firefoam grenades - medium range, slow, moderate strength
* Doomsday firefoam capsule launcher - long range, huge area, strong, single use

All can be crafted at the machining table or bought from exotic traders. Firefoam is a required research to craft them.
