I'm not talking about the drop pod event, that makes sense and I can understand why that happens but this is not the case.

I just had a colonist I imprisoned for throwing a tantrum 2 minutes later I get the "something strange event" on the very same colonist whom I've had for years and now randomly turns into an abomination what is this? 

Is there an entry or something I can change/remove in the save file?

Edit: The only finding I've had was when comparing the Def of a normal colonist to the victim I noticed that the <kindDef>GrenadierDestructive</kindDef> instead of <kindDef>Tribesperson</kindDef> Changing that seemed to have fixed it.

I dislike the event because It doesn't make sense, It's not like the said person injected themselfs with the G virus or something :/ https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Dzr1hmWIWaw - now that'd make sense lol!

Well the abominations it seems are based on the thing which in the movie even if a tiny cell of the thing gets into a persons body it will within hours transform them into a thing. (I know this doesn't really explain anything just wanted to add some lore :p also be glad they are not 100% like the thing only thing that can kill the thing in the movie is fire or explosions lol)

3 questions
1. What did the Molotov dude have armor wise
2.Where the raiders behind cover
3.Did you try to just have the gun ppl melee the kidnappers or put them out of the Molotov's way?


Other wise I say RNG was not in your favor lol (also as a tip if you click one of your pawns then hover over a enemy you can see the hit chance lol)

I would like to report what I think is a bug? it seems medieval retainers can drop down from drop pods learned after a rescue person event lol is this intentional?

Alright will work on a update later today to make the badgers have more health but less damage should help with balance lol

Well they are badgers lol for real though I could make them a bit weaker if you want they have about the same health as a raccoon so they shouldnt be hard to kill but let me know and I can make them weaker lol

Day 2 of Bobtopia

Made even more progress went threw a couple of raids but made out of it mostly ok im now in the medieval era and I made a church and guest hotel currently got a prisoner for organ harvesting in the future and found Bobs dad (who is now the new leader by default) so things going good lol

Edit annnddd a raid killed them all rip

Day 1

Alright so making good progress with this spawn ended up next to two abandoned ruins which are now my workshop hospital houses and stockpile zone also make some expansions on the base foundation got a farm and a prison so far things are going well.

You could delve even deeper in the flavor spectrum and make electronic cigarettes  o boy so many flavors lol
