I just wanted to share my base which I'm really pleased of right now.
I'm playing on Rough-Randy with like 30 mods or so, mostly Star Wars as I think it works really well with vanilla Rimworld

What you guys think?
I'm really pleased with this base but I'm always open for suggestions

I'd like to see paranoia as a mental break thing. It would be appropriate for amphetamines and cocaine-based drugs..
like the pawns hiding behind corners with weapons ready just staring at other pawns.
or if they have extreme addiction they avoid other people to some degree. like eating at separate places and if they're mining and another pawn comes they go somewhere else to mine.

this is just my humble suggestion

hey, what happened to amphetamines? are they totally removed now?
