Or you can do what I do and use bots to run my nuclear plants, crafter bots to make the fuel rods, hauler bots to move the fuel and builder bots to do other stuff around the reactor (mostly for heat reasons).

The duct system has trouble when you add it to an old save, the other parts of the mod work fine.

Well I am running about 90 mods ATM as well as this one and am yet to come across any problems.

My bet is on one of Izzys's mods, I have had trouble with them in the past so I no longer use them.

I have been using ED-PoweredVent, ED-ClosableVent and ReverseCycleCooler since a15 dropped and all have been working fine for me.

The lighting mod works but the coloured lights will not work till CCL is updated.
