It's an alternative (and imo, much clearer) representation of the statistics that determine the quality of rooms. You'll easily be able to tell which rooms are poor, and if so, what criteria are lacking.

Maybe someone's asked this in the last 5 pages of the post, but what happens if you try to select something in the "visited but not currently visible" fog that no longer exists? Does this present any real exploitable advantage if you're told it's not there anymore?

3.6.0 works fine except that right-clicking the Select More or Mine buttons doesn't bring up the "select all on map" option like it used to. Has this feature changed at all for 1.0?

Mod bugs / Some mod in my list is causing cascading lag when objects are selected

Game runs super smooth until I select one or more objects and then I get some serious, log-free lag time. Once I cancel the selection the game resumes being smooth. Trying to figure out which mods are a good place to start isolating:

Yeah, plant scraps makes sense and it's exactly how you'd start a compost heap. A great way to balance the ongoing disappearance of rich soil to represent nutrients being leeched.

Blueprints' latest release is 2.0.36 but commit notes suggest you had intended to release 2.1.37. Just confirming what's out there is the latest stable version.

Curious to see if Linq might find a means to harmonize Psych's implementation of the Kinsey scale with Rainbeau's Rational Romance. There's a wonderful opportunity in both fixing the romance mechanics AND retaining the more complex social interactions this mod provides.
