Was looking for "Start off" part of the forum.
You know, those where people says hello and all. Couldn't find it, maybe its here somewhere, but this will do.

I'm Guluere, been to a few forums before, likes games that is complex, sandbox, survival.
I like Rimworld and I have nothing else to say, isn't that nice.

A question, do I have to do the verification everytime I post? Maybe it is to prevent spam. I get it.

About the colony wealth, there's an easy fix for that.

Though bear in mind as another commenter stated, most things outside of stone structures would be gone, maybe a very damaged freezer or a few beds here and there but it would very much be playing "in the shell" of what you once had.
Any stockpile you once had would all be gone, and a mined out map would mean you can't recover in the usual way. Most likely you would have to rely on loot, selling crops etc in order to regain supply of steel.

Maybe ships from space have crashed into the mountains and formed into steel.
