That's why later on, it's best to schedule one hour of sleep followed by "anything". Then they go to bed at the defined time (unless you tire them out with drafting or forced work for example) and wake up whenever they want.
True, I suppose - to an extent
Things just seem off though with everything out of sync. It affects night owls too though, as they'll end up waking up during daytime at times.
