They're not great answers. It's likely Tynan is going to focus on the original planned modules more and then maybe consider these later. I think multiplayer could be a likely feature some time in the far future since it's not insanely difficult to implement, but it does require a lot of work on its own.

Click on it and select 'Cancel'. It'll give you your materials back.

Fire is a little silly in terms of heating, it needs a temperature cap too.

As for heaters, you can just say they weren't designed for that. Also, they're flammable.

A "rocks fall, you die" event doesn't sound very fun. It also sounds more like a minor inconvenience than anything

Yeah, account creation is currently disabled until I find a better way to stop spam accounts from logging in. I was hoping to wait until after Xmas to get on that, but I guess if there's a demand I'll get working on it now.

Edit:

Account registration is open again now. You'll have to answer captchas for the first 15 edits (sorry!), but you're captcha-free after that point.
(also of course you're free to edit/update/add new pages to the wiki, it's all community done)

You're only safe in places where there's "Overhead Mountain". Thick/thin roofs are not enough to stop the mortars.

This thread inspired me: https://ludeon.com/forums/index.php?topic=8549.0

Glass roofs would keep temperature in, keep the elements out, and let sunlight in obviously. It'd be a nice incentive to grow stuff outside and a cool alternative to having to have sunlamps inside indoor growing areas that are built on soil.

This would probably require removing auto-roofing and letting us build our own roofs.

Right now if you click on a Colonist that's doing some task, they draw a line to their job destination


What I'd like to see is if I click on an item that's reserved, it'd be nice to have a line draw from the reserved item back to the Colonist (maybe it should be a different color)



Thought it'd be nice and simple thing to add.

I'd love to see a little system where you colonists can just get use to your horrible acts/living conditions at the colony, akin to Dwarf Fortress's dwarf traits/personality. The whole "Urist McUrist doesn't really care about anything anymore" after they've seen a lot of terrifying stuff.

The fear system will probably be back eventually.
