Here's a log of the error, To me, It happens randomly and ruins my games. Because everyone starts shooting like crazy. Here's the error with an example of one of those errors -

I assume it's combat realism's error. I just don't know what's causing it.

Edit: After a few days I decided to check that broken save, And to my surprise, Everything was working perfectly fine. Don't know what's going on.
