regarding the art on a few animals, i feel its overdone a bit... its hard to find the right balance on rimworld art since its so minimalistic but i think maybe some details should be dropped.  just my opinion

i too feel a bit about the deflection and wet

clothing should have both deflection and damage mitigation as 2 separate things
a shirt has 0 deflection unless made out of somethin special, and poor damage reduction
a flak vest might have 10% deflection, but more damage reduciton
a shiny chest plate might have 50% deflection but average damage reduction

shallow water - wet
chest-deep water - soaked
deep water - drenched

drenched - lowers personal temp by 10 fades to ;
soaked - lowers personal temp by 6, fades to ;
wet - lowers personal temp by 4

shade also lowers personal temp by 6
and wind multiplies these by up to 200%, so a pawn can seek cooler temp in shade and in water, and the breeze too can lower your temp, so extreme desert survival can be possible but also ice sheet survival can be even harder

hey i haven't had the chance to fully check out this latest version, but did you fix the undeath thing? an undead pawn is still considered undead, both traitwise and hediffwise when they are removed from control by any means.  what i'd like is for them to go back to who they were so they can get properly resurrected when possible

i've had to wash my hands in the shower a good number of times, not everyone is rich and can afford basins like you!!! (gf was in the shower, turning on faucet seemed like a bad idea, plus i had an excuse to oogle :P), i'd rather have hygene then scoff at using another water source tyvm

whats the cap on the sliders ? 10% - 100%? or like somethin crazy like 1000%?

got an idea for maybe future version. 
crude sprinkler ~ waters just the tile, basically you run a pipe, you poke holes in it, cheapest sprinkler resource wise, expensive water wise
crude faucet ~ just a faucet, used for washing hands, spongebathes, takes a while to get the job done, wastes water, and makes the tile underneath it soggy when used (so place a tile of concrete or two)

powerless cooling system ~ using water to cool rather than electricity, the main building takes up the space of a sewage treatment, generates cooled water from a water source(doesn't expend water but does require it) ; works best out of direct sunlight
powerless aircon ~ uses cooled water from pipes to passively cool the air, like a permenent passive cooler in the wall, doesn't quite hit at the same level as a powered aircon(which could probably use a boost) but more than a passive cooler, costs coldwater (could use air pipes or water, up2u)

how does toilets v hygene currently work?

hygenicly using a toilet should give you a hediff  (used toilet) which gives all kinds of bacteria, cooking after being something like 75% chance of food poisoning, or something equivalent, eating too
butchery doing something similar, salmonella anyone?

hereditary Physical and Magical adept makes sense, but i wouldn't put it at 100%.  i wouldn't inherit the class itself, just the affinity

you could add an affix or a hidden buff to washed clothes, "fresh clean smell", it could be on the same spectrum as deadman's and fade over time (or not idgaf)

freshly washed = "Fresh smell mmmm!" ~ +5
fading wash = "Still fresh smelling" ~ +3
normal
Washed deadman's = "Almost forget it was worn by a corpse...." ~ -1

also maybe a job that lets cleaners collect sheets from beds and throw em in the wash, adds the same affix to beds for comfier sleep maybe change the wording "fresh linens...... how relaxing!",  lowers per use i guess? and debuffs for corpse beds, "A corpse slept here!! its as if they are watching me!". for those awful times when bleeding takes ur favorite pawn as you are desperately trying to patch them up.

corpse bed ~ -10
bloodsoaked sheets ~ -20

its quite perplexing my pawns dont mind jumpin in the bed with the corpse still in it..... lol

Suggestion

Snailmail option ~ for those out there with old school playthroughs, they can send things via pawn.  like Earthbound's Escargo Express (SNES game, you owe it to yourself to experience its glory) this dude(or dudette) in a uniform matching the tech level of the player runs in with like 50 movementspeed, to your chosen area, drops it, then runs off just as quick

Delivery type

Snail - a regular pawn drops it off
Swift - a superspeed pawn drops it off
Crash - its launched at you via crashing pod
Safe - sent via drop

Accuracy

Anywhere - cheapest, just like it sounds like, might not be reachable
Close - more expensive, u can probably reach it easily
Home - even more expensive, open area in your home
Beacon - delivered to your beacon

I wouldn't mind making a class sometime down the road, if you have the time sometime to walk me through how to do it, link me on discord. 

They are just random ideas i wanted to play with rather than just suggest something which may or maynot fit.  and if it turns out they do, i could give you a ready made product to add rather than just an idle thought.  otherwise i could just put it in my own extension mod

i ask for your aid since you seem to really have a good grasp on the framework jec has designed, far better than my own understanding.

Torann i have a suggestion not for the game but for yourself

Get patreon, set it up so people with fat wallets can thank you with their munnys, and get discord, link it to patreon and your other avenues of distribution (steam, moddb, here etc.) and let us chat n discuss what an awesome mod this is

on "Sensitivity", i think rather than a single governing trait, a series of affinities would be best.  Could be controlled by hidden hediffs,  a pawn could have anywhere from 0 to 200% affinity toward any of the established elements

-Fire  ~  [Heat]
-Ice   ~  [Cold]
-Lightning  ~  [Elec]
-Druid  [Nature]
-Arcane - Summoner - Necromancer  ~  [Dark]
-Holy - Priest  ~  [Light]
-Faceless  ~  [Psychic]
- ???  ~  [Anti-Magic]

Affinity being a multiplier to damage output, against their affinity of that element and anti-magic , most pawns having close to 100% toward any given element and 0 for antimagic, magically gifted leaning more toward 200% of at least 1 element.  usually a person gifted in 1 element, is weak in the opposite, (fire vs ice, Elec vs Nature, light vs dark) exception being psychic and antimagic.  a person can be strong psychicly and strong in an element, a person strong in antimagic is weak in all other elements.  less than 100% is a weakness.  in regard to healing, a pawn with a weakness will be healed less unless undead, which means they'd take more damage.... a pawn with 150%

though not explicitly stated, he cannot wield spells like most other people in his world, but has a natural resistance (though not immune) to spells

various materials and leathers could be patched toward affinities, providing resists and boosts.  (i.e Steel 50% Antimagic, 200% lightning, resisting everything but lightning, taking extra electric damage (150%))

not sure if its a bug or not but making a faceless necromancer ruined the necro spells, which refused to cooldown.  in the past versions i'd dualclass no problem, but it seems to not work for me anymore? i haven't tried any other combinations but i like having more abilities

on that note, actual Dual-Classing would be cool, not just 1 might 1 magic, but 2 of anything

and i wouldnt mind actually assisting in the event construction, and art department.  currently still workin on apini but i can multitask a little

Torann love what ur doin here, wonder if a compatability patch could be made for zombieland, to regard the zombies as undead? and vampires too.  also.... can undeath be something removable? my minions died but i couldn't resurrect them through any means (dev/mechanites/spell) without them still being undead still. 

some ideas
- Mana sensitivity, basically psychic sensitivity, but for the elements/anima/whatever u wanna call it (force? lol) multiplies effects of certain spell types.  a rare Mana Deaf (dunno what you wanna call it) takes minimal to no effect from spells.
- Miasma, Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles inspired, a dark energy/wind (both?) basically mystic toxicity, thins and thickens by either 2 or 3 grades, the thickest being caustic and causes mana burns, thin being traversable for a while as dark energy builds up.  crystals can be charged to create a safe area.  comes via event or permanent in some areas.
- Life/Mana Spring rare natural terrain feature,  small 3x3.  stand in it to gain a hediff that boosts natural health stamina and mana recovery.  right click to sip, for a stronger buff.  overexposure is just like a drug, and thusly has negative effects.  can appear via rare event
- Mystic Woods , strange densely wooded area with constant fog, wood elemental Kodama spirits and strange mana beasts, creepy ghost kids, likely to find springs here.
- Mystic Mire , not unlike Mystic Woods, but is swampy with mana-rich waters, the mystic mire, likely to experience miasma events here
- Crystal Event , like psychic/poison ship , not necessarily a negative thing, it "psychic soothes" but manawise, gives buffs like certain spells when you are nearby.  naturally repels miasma. creates events such as raids by dark forces and raiders, visitors can become jealous of your crystal and become raiders or turn their faction hostile.  attacking the crystal with dark magic can corrupt it, attacking it causes crystal defenders to appear.  can also create a "Hero is Chosen" event that makes one of ur pawns into a champion of the crystal

PHEW THIS WAS GONNA BE A SMALL SUGGESTION I GOT CARRIED AWAY!!!  maybe should gather a mod team to build this eh?

was recently trin to test out somethin, i opened up an Apini Drone in Change Dresser, and couldn't change skin-tone, i do not know how to make it compatable.   second thing is closing an Apini Drone had him change to a pink-box.  See the male apini use the same bodytype as the female, but female andmale are restricted from selecting eachother.  but the problem actually was when i closed it, it assumed this Male Apini would have the body type of Male.

i saw that meat soil is not efficient?? did you know that the nutrients in meat are perfect for plants? i'd raise that up to 300% or more tbh!  dunno how you could code it but maybe plants grown in meat are .... different.... and have a meaty flavor...... dunno how to do that without making all new versions of plants that only grow in that soil....

True Carnivore (2) - Enjoys meat so much, will even eat it raw! gets a stackable (20) +10 mood "Meaty Goodness" when eating cooked/raw meat, and a stackable (10) +5 mood "Chewin' the Fat" for fatty gum (a meaty 'chocolate' equivalent)
Carnivore (1) - Loves grilled meat with a passion, talks about BBQ all day and night! "Meaty Goodness" from cooked only, no chewin the fat
Vegiterian (-1) - negative responses to seeing butchery, and eating of meat, fine with dairy
Super Vegan (-2) - negative responses to like..everything, annoying persons irl too (lol iTroll)

maybe a growable http://castlevania.wikia.com/wiki/Alura_Une or maybe it can be a weed that rarely happens, hunts pawns nearby, can be tamed and a buildable meatboy at a sculpting table
