Thank you for updating the colonist bar. I don't know why Tynan has not added this in the core game yet. Great job!

Support / Re: Rimworld download not working

Looks like I managed to work around it by using the Tor browser. My download has been running for hours now but I surpassed it within minutes by downloading with Tor. It is still a lot slower then the one I got from the shady corners but it is making progress atleast.
I now only have 2 out of my 6 downloads remaining. Could someone from Ludeon raise this limit back up for me? Just in case so I can always keep enjoying this game in the future. Thank you in advance.

Unfortunately I do not have access to another download location easily. Also I am using up my limited downloads without any finishing downloading so that sucks.
I mean does everyone download the same game or are they specific? I'm aware of the risks with using internet and I doubt someone would ban me for it, altough I can't ask support for it either so I would prefer just getting the normal version. It looks like I can't though unless anyone has some advise to speed this up?

Support / Rimworld download not working

The rimworld download (RimWorldAlpha13Win.zip) barely makes it to 3Kb/s and never makes it to completion. Is there a mirror available?

Attached screenshot that illustrates my download attempts of last few hours...
/edit2
Are there any downsides if I use a pirated copy from a shady (but fast) corner of interwebs instead?

I love the priority change. Thanks for putting that in.
Haulers usually already have way too much to do in my colonies. I usually find myself ensuring there are times there is no construction and mining ongoing so everyone is freed up to catch up on the hauling tasks. So in my colonies its much easier to free up a miner instead of take someone off their normal hauling tasks.

Pretty sure you can just really easily add it in and imo it's too OP, there's already a sonar system in place to detect ores
You got this turned around. Vein miner is just a convenience to save some clicks. The sonar lets you cheat by seeing all ores in a mountain. I don't use the sonar due to this but the vein miner would be a great addition to the pack.

General Discussion / Re: Food poisoning

Its related to the cooking skill level of the one making the meals. Higher cooking level lowers the chance of accidentally poisoning meals.

Yes they are hidden now. You can usually spot them watching for the walls and if a colonist gets close you get a ominous warning. Be careful though they have more surprises in A9 then before

Great mod!
Support for this. If stonecutting is a high priority task i can manage it by suspending the task and free the miner whenever needed.
Im curious if the crafting speed related to the mining skill?
Quote from: shhfiftyfive on February 21, 2015, 03:43:33 AMQuote from: MarvinKosh on February 13, 2015, 04:52:01 PMshouldn't it be the other way around? so if we want the stone cutting job done it will get done without forcing us to cancel all mining operation. and if we want them to mine instead, we can choose to suspend the work orders at the table, and/or we can prioritize more miners than we have stone cutting tables.
Stonecutting is prioritised after mining, so in order for the miners to cut stone, there need to be no outstanding mining jobs.

. For clothing like Rathael said just make a icon when colonist get the bad thoughts. Its all that matters and it keeps it simple and clean.

Omni-gel is crazy overpowered so I stopped using it. The mine is much better balanced
