Yes, they will begin to lactate naturally when the pregnancy is discovered (just to be clear it only works on adult pawns lol)
Not what I meant.
Babies and Children has an option to "breastfeed" babies when they are hungry. My question stems from the fact that the option was greyed out for every lactating pawn I had regardless of their "fullness" state, so I was wondering if Milkable Colonists is compatible with that feature or did I mess something with either mod's installation and/or, say, load order.
Preliminary check suggests both this mod and BnC have their own lactation hedriffs, but I have no idea about reading scripts, so I don't know what BnC exactly checks for.

Should this be compatible with Babies and Children?

Vertigo, I found the issue. The zip file contained a wrong reference (previous build dll). This issues only affects the manual installation (the downloadable) zip file.

I've re-uploaded the zip with the fix.  Can you please check and report back?

Actually it's not only the manual installation version.
Github is also affected.

Any news on the compatibility patch?

Thanks! Does it override brain stimulator 65% consciousness max?

I can't see a reason it should, unless it replaces the other implant.

I assume not, since the author will add an option to remove implants.

I released a new version of the mod, v0.17.1.4 that has important fixes for a handful of issues that were in the previous release.  Changes include:

  • Bug fix: Sibling and some other relationships are no longer lost when saving a game.

That would explain why 2 years into the colony I haven't seen a single relative of my starting character...

I assume the fix only works on new games?

Installing AI persona cores - what does it actually do to the colonists?

Permanently (apparently) replaces a pawn's brain with an AI persona core for:
x150% pain (feels more pain, easier to down)
+50% consciousness (so also +50% to Moving, Manipulation, Talking and Eating)
+20% blood filtration
+20% blood pumping
x150% hunger rate (needs to eat more)
x50% tiredness (can go without resting for twice as long, e.g. needs to sleep for ~7 hours every 2 days)

Also causes psychotic wandering every 2-4 days.
(I'd like to get Author's confirmation on the last part)
