Mods / Re: Solar Flare immediate recovery?
September 15, 2017, 09:39:12 AM
I shall try that.

I have a many many electrical devices and a lot of them are lamps in my base (Wouldn't be surprise if i have over 1000 of them) and when it hits it does take a very very long time for each of them to return.

i don't think my base is considered gigantic and its on a standard size map.

Last night I played and encountered a solar flare and when it ended at 18h it took until middle of 2h for everything to light up again.

Mods / Solar Flare immediate recovery?
September 14, 2017, 08:13:19 PM
Would it be possible to have a mod that cause all electrical devices to immediately recover from solar flare instead of what it seems to be one by one?

Right now my entire base takes close to 9 hours to recover all the things which is insane.

You can`t just throw out so many new factions in such  short time gap, its not nice.

Actually keep doing that :D

I'm confused. Wouldn't you just need to forbid people from taking any drugs at any circumstances and it would achieve the same thing? or does this also forbid those with chemical interest/fascination from taking drugs?

I started to not build traps at all. It's pretty fun to kill raiders like that.

Did more test, seems like if the animal gets itself up at 80% and you hit it once again it will die due to extreme pain (going over 80%).

First one died in 1 punch after it got up at 80%.

Second one I let it recover a little first and then punch it twice and it died, presumably also going over 80% pain.

Just going by what the game told me, specifically, it got right-fisted to death.

Wait, this requires a new game right?

Kinda hoping in the future there will be some event like volcano eruption instead of volcanic winter where an overhead mountain will continuously burn everything around and lava flows to nearby flat ground and burn everything as well.

You will need to proactively stops the lava flow somehow and rehabilitate the land that it destroys. And of course this also causes volcanic winter.

In the grizzly bear case I'm positive the pain was only in orange "Severe" when I fist it to death, not even 100% extreme.

I'm unsure how that works but that just seems odd.

I did a few tests.

I attacked thumbos and they went down. After a while they stood back up again and i go up and pistol them once and they died.

Seems like they really do die immediately after they stand up again, now i wonder if i can just simply punch them and they will die.

EDIT: Punched a woke up grizzly bear once and it died. All it's body parts are far from deadly injured.
