When making your own Religion you can not continue if you have conflicting rules (like Rancher+Animal personhood, Nature+Human Primachy).
Adding the AI Factions "Personality" to the list should be doable. So no special save/load is needed - just a check if there are no conflicts.

Nutrient paste is not designed to be carried with you.

It got no spoil date. It got no sensible trade value. Because it was never expected to be in any storage - including the pawns inventory - to begin with. It was intended to be made on demand 100% of the time.

But maybe now Tynan will finally take a stance and give Nutrient some of those missing values. And/or maybe add a mobile nutrient paste dispenser for Caravans?

A different order is the kind of "bug" that needs extensive work to even make possible. Sorting and Layout is annoying part of programming. You do not just get something like top->botom, left->right by accident.
And Tynan sees it every gamestart.

So I feel save to asume that Tynan wanted it to be ordered totally differently.

Biosculpting and Body Modding is done in the main base and sticks with them, wherever they go.
The Neural Supercharge is a item. Have you tried to just bring one along, like you would bring along bedrolls?

If the Neural Supercharge can not be brought along that would be a bug. One that needs a bug report.
If you get the penalties without being at the required level of Expectations, that would be a plain old bug. One that needs a bug report.
If you get penalties like "I got no cybernetics" or "I got no anti-aging treatment" despite having cybernetics and low age, that also would be a bug. One that needs a bug report.

It sounds like all your issues would be either genuine bugs that need reporting - or a user error.

Were they changed in the patch or are you playing modded? Because last I looked they had no minuses from not using the high tech stuff.

Edit: They are now displayed, but they require quite high expectations to even be applied.

Age reversel only triggers on High Expectations
Neural Supercharge and Body Modification on Moderate

Prostethic thing can still be fullfilled with a Peg leg or other downgrade.
Biosculpting and Supercharger meanwhile come just after Microelectronics. Not particulary hard to get if you are already on Moderate expectations.

No, they did not change a thing since I wrote it:
- "3. You have to set a maximum for each gender, in young and old."
- I omitted that you can overwrite the exclusion, because I asume the average user of a forum understands how checkboxes work :)

How did you missread it like that?

Place A it is legal to buy/sell
Place B it is illegal to buy/sell, but not to transport through.
Place C it is legal to buy/sell

You buy at A
Transprot it through B.
To sell in C.

And before you wonder, a traders warehouse might be considered a seperate jurisdiction from the country it is in.
You meet 5 minutes outside of town borders. Transfer the goods and silver there.
Trader Resident in B moves the goods to a Freeport in B without ever selling in B. Legal.

I would guess that the normal hand reports fingers, so fingers can be seperately shot off and injured. Reducing the part efficiency without a complete loss.

I do not think a lot of vanilla players would enjoy their Bionic hand still loosing Fingers. Not when repairing it would propably require a whole new operation.

That isn't what we are talking about; we were talking about making friends with insects, like we do with the dryads.  To do *that* you would need to acquire baby insects somehow and then you would raise them like regular livestock.  There really isn't any special mechanics, let alone memes that we would need for that, just baby insects in our care. 

And we could steal baby insects from insect hives and destroy the hive in the process.
I am not making friends with Dryads.
I am not capturing and raising baby dryads.
It take control over the nest/tree where the queen resides, and Dryads have to follow. If they like me or not. If I like them or not.

The means to take control of a insect nest would be different - but the effect the exact same.

I noticed the same thing.
As the supression decays faster the higher it is, I kinda asumed the 70% were simply the "stable" supression. But if they just completely stop that does seem wrong indeed.

@dhakkel: We are on 1.3.3074 and it (hopefully) fixed that. This report was for 5 fixes ago.

Having the lover anywhere in the same Barracks should be enough now.

I did not discover it. And it was fixed. The first proper sentence of this post is from the patchnotes and the very reason I wrote this :)

Also that you can get meat from hunting is kinda useless for a Vegetarian Fine Meal.

The same applies to a Simple meal vs Fine meal. They both require 0.5 ingredients to make, but fine meal requires multiple sources.
Nutrient efficiency is way too important to ignore.
It costs a 50% premium to make the current pure vegetarian fine meal. You can not make the pure vegetarian meal from anything but plants, so you pay more with way less resource options.

So the sensible thing is to make Plants+Products Fine Meals first. Then defaulting to simple meals set to only use plants. And never touch the Vegetarian Fine meals, as the deal is just to damn bad.
The whole idea behind the Vegetarian and Carnivore meal was to make it easier to manage who eats what via food policies. But if your basic fine meals become your de-facto vegetarian fine meals, that idea just breaks.

This fix: "- Change animal products and processed food to not generate negative thoughts related to meat-eating precepts. Vegetarians and carnivores alike can now eat these without being bothered."
Caused a balance issue: It is now better to select Fine meal and manually disable "Meat", then actually use Vegetarian Fine meal.

Reason:
Fine meals can use 0.25 vegetarian, 0.25 Animal Products or meat. So a total of 0.5 nutrition used.
Vegetarian fine meals use 0.75 vegetarian (Carnivore use 0.75 meat), much more.

But a Fine meal made from Vegetarian+Animal Products would have all the benefits of a Vegetarian fine meal, none of the drawbacks.

I do have them in 1.3.3072
The slab bed is under furniture, but at the end, after the "Drak Fungus Torch" and the  "Bonsai pot". And it is easy to mistake their building menu entry with a table.

If it is not a case of missing it, I think the devs would need a savegame to have a hope of figuring out the bug.
