Not a bug.
This is a problem with the translations themselves not translating that part of the game which is why they are displayed in the default English language.

The translators need to translate the \DefInjected\ScenarioDef\Scenarios_Classic.xml and \DefInjected\ScenarioDef\Scenarios_Special.xml files.

This is caused by an incomplete/incorrect translation.

If someone can provide repro steps, or even a output_log.txt from a game that has this issue, that would be helpful. Repro steps would be best though, as some bugs don't show themselves in the output_log.txt, and this might end up being one of those bugs.

I'll probably add the research requirement to RTG's when A16 is released. It isn't really of too much concern as from what I understand doesn't really affect tribal colonies other than them getting something that produces power that they cannot use for anything.

As for Medical Training. There is no way for me to add the things suggested. I'm sure they could be added, but that would require .dll modding, something I can't do as I don't know how to code. :(

I'm not sure this is a bug however. The cannot hunt scenario part is designed to prevent you from being able to mark animals for hunting.

As DariusWolfe above has said, taking multiple screenshots and putting them together into one large screenshot is how it's done.
If it isn't already there, I recommend posting this on the Suggestions subforum. Perhaps we could get Tynan to implement such a feature in-game with a single keypress. :)
