Backstories added to randomizer?

In the creative guidelines, I noticed it suggested using specific keywords to auto-fix for when characters are male or female, so they aren't specific to your character. This excited me, and I made sure to use adult and child backstories that I felt could be independent from each other and able to be used on random characters. Then I later learned that there is never any way to make these backstories show up on other characters. Will there later be a toggle/option to allow other characters to spawn with your backstories if they are so designed? Or would that be too much of a hassle to work with? (extra review for each character I imagine).

I was just curious if this was some design change a while back or if it was for mod compatibility or whatever.
