[Mod request] Less incident - reasearchable

would it be possible to have something like "less incidident trolling mod" but researchable?

For me its so hard to accept that in year 5.500 people fly around in spaceships and build new spacecrafts too. But they cant shield their electrics against solar flares? Really? Or harden their circuit against overloads.

I do accept that those stuff happen, but I would love to have a chance to get rid of it after a while. Like having a research item "Electromagnetic compatibility (EMC)" that will outsmart solar flares. Another research could be "Enhanced electronics" that gets rid of overloads.

For the sake of balancing there could be some "Electrotechnic" research before you can research those, dunno, just mention.

Having those would allow you to get less annoyed in later games and make hydroponics more useable.

Why not research crop techniques or new hardier strains of crops, to prevent or at least mitigate the damage from crop blight?

Yh... guess thats a good idea too. If anybody finds a way to turn off incidents after research.
