[W|0.0.254b] Dumping area reset options after reload

After reloading of a save, all options of a dumping area are reset.
It is reproducible:
Change Storage option of a "Dumping Area"
Save the game
reload save

Second this, pretty sure it's a common bug anyway.

After you load any game - debris is allowed into a dumping area that was previously disallowed (like if you wanted a dump just for raider bodies).

It seems to reset Debris only (I'm not sure what 'meal' is for in the options)
