Mini-suggestion: Less sensitive downward mouse scrolling

Hi! Quite new player here, really impressed with the game. One of the few things that bugs me though, is how the bottom menu stretches into the downward scrolling area; about 5-10% of the icons cause the screen to scroll (to be more specific, it starts as soon as the mouth touches the second row of the description text). For me, who has quite bad mouse precision, this often causes the screen to scroll away from whatever I was doing, even if I just touch upon it.

So my suggestion is just, restricting downward mouse scrolling to the bottom, say, 2-3 pixels instead of the current amount (10 or so on 1080p). Or, alternatively, raise the icons a bit, though this would eat more of the screen.
