You're unlikely to get Fallout + Sappers unless you're playing on Randy and he's in an evil mood again.  Even if you get it, just keep your colonists indoors.  Fallout will kill the Sappers for you, or at least REALLY weaken them. 

Yea i know, but my guys will can be tired, hungry etc and sappers will be fresh spawns and i think they would can win in the battle.

Thanks but actually i wasn't asking about every word, but about general context.

It's about Hitler holed up in his bunker and learning that he has lost the war. So he's not very happy about it.
(And as You may already know... with the allied forces closing in, he commits suicide.)
