I have noticed that once in a while raiders will come (you dont say) But if you pause it, for a few seconds and then unpause it they will stop moving. Almost like their AI is reset. Or something, its rare and i have had it happen a few times.
The individual is obsolete. When you and your kind are extinct, we will cleanse our collective memory of the stain of your existence.
