Burn treat quality 105% - poor result

Am I missing something? Is the "treat quality" the chance of getting a good result when taking care of wounds or is it something else entirely?
10 medicine skill doctor, regular medicine, normal bed with a vitals monitor attached. She's got a bad back but it only lowers her manipulation to 91% which isn't that bad.

Treat quality is processed into a chance of a good result, but it in itself is not a chance of the good result.

Ah, thank you! I was slightly confused when seeing very large percentages and yet still failing to get a good result.

So is treatment still binary ? Is treatment quality 95 - poor result better than treatment quality 20 - poor result ? If you know you're going to have poor result, should you even use medicine ?

I dont bother until my doctors are skilled enough for it to make no difference. Even then i use Herbal Medicine pretty much exclusively.
