Colonists have thought "Colonist Left Unburied" with no unburied corpses on map

Had two colonists die during game, realized later that all colonists had "Colonist Left Unburied" thought. Set Crematorium to accept all corpses, animal, human, colonist and not colonist and attempted to have hauler cremate corpses. No colonist corpses on the map to cremate and verified both colonists that died are buried in sarcophagi. Tried removing the two dead colonists from sarcophagus and cremating. Unknown how to reproduce.

I have this same issue, except in my case I've never even had a colonist die(to my recollection at least). Don't know how to reproduce. Although I did notice when trying to reproduce it that colonists cannot get the "Colonist Left Unburied" thought before the colony has been named. Just a heads up for anybody else trying to test this out.
