Hi it is normal when you got a chair and table that your people still dont eat at them?
and its there a way to do anything with the old clothes?

If there are many tables with chairs around, one or few of them may stay mainly unused. Also if the nearest table is too far when they decide to eat, they will just eat their lunches where they are currently standing.

You can sell old clothes to traders, you can actually get good money from used clothes provided they are not dead man apparel. You can also burn them on campfires and crematoriums.
