[Mod Request] Bounty hunters in addition to slavers

Mod Request: Bounty hunters that will take pirate captives and split the bounty with you.

It would be super cool to have a more lawful/neutral good way to deal with captured pirates. The option to trade them to bounty hunters for very low monetary rewards (since you are splitting the bounty) and no negative modifiers would be really cool. If there would be a way to only trade captured pirates and not local tribes people that would make more lore sense (since there wouldn't be bounties for unknown tribes).

What do you guys think? Is this feasible to make?
