Twitch integration

Hello,

Cohh (twitch.tv/cohhcarnage) loves to name his citizens after his subscribers and even set up a system so that subscribers can get chosen. I don't see why this can't be integrated into the game using Twitch's api. e.g. Every time at the beginning of the game the person's name gets automatically picked from a viewer or subscriber.
