Bug in the game

This morning I launched rimworld and a bunch of errors popped up in the console. I then tried to launch a world I have been playing on for about a week and it didn't work so I thought it was corrupt. But then I created a new world and everything was going fine. Then I tried to place down power cables and the game lit up in a bunch of different colors. Almost like someone punched the monitor and it broke. The only way I could get out was to click the windows button and close the game but then it happened again ten minutes later. Please help!
