Can't get PrepareCarefully to work properly

So far i've been having issue after issue after issue (you get the point) which i've fixed, but i got really sick of doing it after awhile and so i kinda wanted to reach out to the community,

anyway at the moment i want to use Preparecarefully, the button comes up and everything but, when you have done your Preparecarefully stuff and load up the world, it doesnt the use the pawns either way, and yes this is because of another mod because when you run it by it's self it works, anyway could i get someone else to find which mod doesn't allow me to use PrepareCarefully mod

(MAI+ doesn't work yet i couldn't find the file for it in my game so i couldn't remove it, so just don't enable it)

Prepare Carefully adds a set to the MapGeneratorDef, if another mod changes that def you will need to make a patch.
