[A14.1238]Colors shifting when streaming with steam streaming

I'm throwing this here because as of yet i have not seen another game on steam that does this. Basically when you stream with steam streaming while in windowed mode, the colors of the game shift downward on the streaming clients end. This is difficult to describe so i have attached an image. Streaming bitrate did not seem to have an effect but changing the window to fullscreen stopped the problems.

Problem: colors look strange on the streaming client end

steps to reproduce:
1. launch game on steam
2. run game in windowed mode
3. have freind start watching your stream

I have verified that this is not an issue caused by mods.
