toggles to where the colonist used to be

while two of the characters were being rescued, the screen jumped to where the the character was downed, now an empty space, during the process of them being carried to a hospital bed. it only happened when using the "<>" keys to toggle through characters, and not when clicking on either the character bar or their name in the work tab. screenshots are below. if you'd like the save file let me know and i'll figure out where steam keeps those.
