Our colonists should have some way to respond to mental breaks, regardless of the type, in order to help the victim.  I've too often seen a colonist go into a depressive cycle where they break, wander around for a day or two, then break immediately again because they're starving from wandering around in a daze. 

We should be able to designate someone to lead that poor colonist to a nice quiet padded room (new wall-type, uses fabric :) ), and have a doctor ensure they're fed and don't hurt themselves.

Seriously, this. I had to sell my best constructor because she got trapped in a negative mood loop and kept trying to beat everyone up. I had her arrested but her debuffs woulda taken a whole month to dissipate. I beat her up about ten or so times before I got too lazy to bother with it any longer.

So yeah. Handcuffs and chains or a padded room people can't escape with just their fists.
