Why isnt there a "hold your fire" button when pawns are drafted?
Its anoying to play around it.

Agreed. Since pawns have zero reservations about firing directly at each other if they can see an enemy on the other side, we need some way to hold fire without undrafting or constantly moving the pawn around to break their shooting animation.

Not just pawns, but turrets need a one click hold fire button too, in vanilla it's amazingly annoying when you run out to rescue a colonist only to have your turrets shoot them dead.

(Thankfully there's mods to fix the problem but still.)

For pawns I'd suggest the Combat Realism mod, it lets you have pawns not only hold fire, but to snap shots or aimed shots as well. (and gives many guns single shot, burst fire, full auto options.)

Turrets have a "hold your fire" button.

Edit: Ah I see now you said ONE CLICK, I never use turrets so I guess that means that a pawn have to activate it?
